Junior High Wrestling (No Picture)

The junior high team consisted of the following: Brian Ahlo, Trevour Chavez, Dougles Corp, JBruce Crow, Jordan Demientieff, Carl Jimmie, Iljber Kadriu, Jeremiah Klejka, Jesse Klejka, Marjus Kuqo, Corbin LePore, Brayton Lieb, Carlin Lupie, Jesslyn McGowen, Austin Miller, John Olsen, Martin Oulton, Cing Pavilla, Timothy Robb, Carly Romer, Chessmann Samson, Charles Strickland, Christof Swope, Daniel Villasenor, Steven Walker, Chris Jerry, and Elliotte Hoffman. The junior high wrestling team is coached by Ryan Hayes.

The high school wrestlers recently traveled to state at Mt. Edgecumbe. There was 12 qualifiers from BRHS. They were Randy and Zach for 103, Aaron for 119, Ryan Chavez for 125, Nicholas Sharp for 130. Johnathan McIntyre went for 145, Marvin and Trevor went for 152, Kyle Chavez went for 160, John Herman went for 171 Nicholas Wasierski went for 189, and Kaden Thomas went for 285.

Randy, Marvin, and Nick W. were seeded 1st in their divisions. John Herman was seeded 2nd in his division. Kyle Chavez was seeded 3rd, Aaron and Kaden were seeded 4th. Zach Pleasent was seeded 5th in his division, and Trevor and Johnathan were seeded 6th in their divisions.

Randy Hanson took first in his weight class. Nick Wasierski took second, Kaden Thomas and Zach Pleasant took 3rd. John Herman, and Marvin McDonald finished the tournament in 4th, while Kyle Chavez took 5th. The Bethel team overall took 4th with a score of 151.50.
